Auditions will be held in January and will be announced here and on Backstage. Please feel free to contact the theater for more information.

Two Icons. One Room.
The conversation that never happened.
In February 1965, in a secret hotel room in Harlem, two of the most powerful voices in American history finally sit down to talk. Jeff Stetson’s award-winning play, The Meeting, imagines a heated, intimate, and ultimately human encounter between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X.
As the world outside burns with the fire of the Civil Rights Movement, these two titans exchange more than just words—they clash over philosophy, strategy, and the future of a nation.
Set just days before Malcolm X’s assassination, this taut, 60-minute drama reveals the men behind the legends: their mutual respect, their biting wit, and their shared devotion to freedom.
